I am bad at most of the table games I play. :XD:

I've never even heard of Loteria. Would you recommend it?

Lotería is more of a Mexican game. Other than getting familiar with the cards and your board there isn't much to recommend. It is alright. I would only recommend to try it if you go to Mexico and someone offers you with a bunch of people. Some people are funny and say a few rhymes with each card so it is not as monotonous as Bingo.

I haven't upgraded yet but that really sounds annoying. D:
I hope your computer is fine.

According to This Microsoft thread I found. You might need to upgrade some of your drivers to work properly with Windows 10.

    Quote

    1. Press Windows Key+X and select device manager.

    2. Locate the right driver and right click and update.

Hopefully that will be of help.

Probably serious racing car games, like Nascar and Need for Speed.
I used to like a lot the one for my N64 and V-Rally and stuff but I don't think I car much for them anymore. Games like Need for Speed used to get my attention for the driving and looking around but now I don't think I* can do that without thinking I should just be going in a real trip to admire our real landscapes.

If i have to wake early ill be a night owl and be tired all day
if i can stay up i will be tired during the night.

 That is pretty much what happens with me. However I still get more done in the computer at5 night and I feel more inclined to play games and write and doodle at night than day. Which is pretty bad if you work early and if you live with house/room-mates.

Gannondorf Moose is the guy who said "And this I quote." I don't know why I remember that, but I do. Looking back, there's a good chance he was trolling us. He just refused to use the proper quote function, not matter how many times it was explained. I seem to recall he was pretty over-the-top superior as well. He would refer to people who disagreed with him with such utter contempt and dismissal. Nobody liked that guy.

Wow. Yes, I think that was him. I do remember his superiority complex, hahah.
It wouldn't surprise me he just genuinely didn't want to sue them just so he couldn't be seen as admiting to make a mistake.

Hahah. The Linker always coming back. If I recall correctly he was harmless but quite dumb in his ban evade. Making it clear with his new usernames who he was. Quite amusing. I don't even remember why he was supended originally but I think it was not taht big of a deal and he just made things worse by creating new accounts to ban evade. hahahah.

And help me out here. Dark the 7th had two buddies on the forum. Both women. One was Sammi, and the other was...? I can't recall for the life of me. The only thing I remember is that she was bisexual, talked about being distracted by her own body, and said that she wore diapers when she was on her period. It's bugging the hell outta me that I can't remember her name.

Crap. It does ring a bell but I can't remember her name either.

Oh, and remember that Aerith cosplayer? I think she just went by Aeris on the boards or something. She ended up getting really famous I think. Has been on TV a few times, well known as a cosplayer, stuff like that.

    That's pretty cool!

Also, Darkmoon! (BUTTMON) She was from Phoenix AZ, and she and I actually talked a lot. I've always been kinda sad that she dropped off the grid entirely.

I remeber you two became good pals very fast. You shared the same sense of humour and she was pretty lovely. I hope she's doing all right.

You know, as fond as my memories of the TSR gang are, I was a terrible person back then.

I don't think taht. What makes you say that?

Wednesday is a public holiday in Aussieland? Why?

I don't understand it very well, but some holidays are given by states. This one is for Queensland. It is called Ekka: Royal Quensland Show.
It is done to promote the local culture and agriculture. Kind of celebrating where we are and at the same time not forgetting our roots. The event is actually going close to two weeks, but only one is the public holiday granted so we take the chance to check it out.

I like board games but most people around me don't like them or stick to monopoly.

I like Uno. I used to play that and Loteria with my family. Loteria is very similar to Bingo but instead of numbers the slots have pictures. Chess, Dominoes...

the monthly game reunion soudns pretty cool.

I was just recently introduced to CAH by the guys from Press X, a couple from another gaming Youtube channel that live in the same city as us. We're quickly bonding and they really like this game.

Odd. I thought I answer this thread but I guess it was the one where I ate the allocated bits for my trip's train wifi.
Anyway it is an interesting read. She sounds down to earth.

To a minor scale this thread kind of remidned me of the resistance my parents had to the Long Distance Relationship and our marriage decision. I guess it is difficult to know when your kids are ready as it is all a blurry process, it is not like an age magivally changes you into a amture human being.

I think it is great that her parents actually did put some effort too and that is key. If someone is not wanting to, hen as much as you rather having that person part of your life it just becoems a wasted effort as they will be toxic and drag you down.
