Well here is my poetry i have written so far, I hope you enjoy it!
Footsteps in Time
--------------------
Footsteps in time,
Slow and sturdy,
It is divine,
Flying like a birdy.
Slow yet quick,
It flows on and on,
Fast and slick,
Never to be gone.
Travel through time's gate,
Watch it monotonously pass you by,
Never doubting your fate,
As you gaze toward the future sky.
It is cruel and kind,
It is a rapid of strong,
It heals the mind,
Soon, we are gone.
We come hither,
We go quicker,
Some may slump and slither,
Day after day without a snicker.
Flowing free,
Never to be touched,
To swim through a sea,
It is slowly brushed.
Life Mixes Death
------------------
Life is like an empty book,
Filled by time,
Enters every nook,
Grievance is mine.
When we come sooth,
We surely shine,
When we be out of youth,
We know it is time.
From past to present,
From present to past,
We all know it pleasant,
But it shall not last.
For to be strong,
To be full,
Soon to be gone,
It is dull.
To live,
To shine,
To dive,
On death we dine.
Like a foul oder,
We all lastest not long,
For to be chowder,
We do not know, till we are gone.
Twilight hour,
Grievance is heard,
They be near and here, not to devour,
Only to say a few of his word.
Working and working,
A life goes by,
Time is shirking,
Giving up and flowing by thy.
Those who try,
Never heard,
Going by and by,
Not a word.
They wander on,
Woe are they,
Singing their song,
Never to say.
What they say,
What they sing,
To live thoroughly, say they,
Not to avoid anything.
To listen,
To understand,
To liven,
To live on sea and land.
That is their message,
That is their song,
To live page by page,
All day long.
It is to take,
It is to give,
It is to make,
It is to live.
So take a chance,
Take every bite,
Do a dance,
Till thine's last night.
To Be Free
-------------
To be free,
To be gone,
I see,
It is wrong.
To love,
To breath,
Like a dove,
Hatred we sheath.
It is to live,
It is to learn,
It is to take a dive,
Because we yearn.
To listen,
To understand,
To glisten,
To live on sea and land.
We must see,
To not be full of spite,
Then shall we be free,
Good night.
Whatcha think bout them?
