I guess they realised they were not going to make it and decided to focus in the game instead the release date. I agree it is a bit annoying when you had already imagined yourself owning the game in a few months, but I am still glad that they did. Hopefully with this setback the game will be how they want it to be.

Hahahah. I think that was rad. Zelda is a real name after all.
That said I probably would never name my child anything game related. Not even TLoZ related. I think it might make her or him an easy target of mockery.
-
Oooh, I like that one, specially Princess Zelda. So many details.
As for me I like seeing other people cosplays. I have been curious but never enough to do so full costumes.
Li Kovacs as Link was probably the first cosplayer online that surprised me.

So, which movies were your favourites as a kid? Did you have an absolute favourite you'd keep watching over and over?

This is a classic thread, you probably already know how it works.
A great way to discover new music and find other users with similar taste. Simply post what song have you been listening to. If you feel like it, share the YouTube video or the lyrics. :n_n:
To get things started:
I'm listening to this cover: -
Hey, alakazam. I hope you enjoy the place!

I blocked watching them altogether. I did when I was child. As a teenager I was happy being a Zelda and Nintendo fan and reading Club Nintendo, (back then) a Mexican unofficial magazine.
One say my father took me to the store and I went to the mail section if my fave mag. Then I saw him. Link holding the boomerang. I turned to my bro and commented something to the effect of "I remember this guy. I used to watch this cartoon as a kid" then I read the caption "Yes. There was a Zelda cartoon".
I was in trance the way back home. I remembered more. I remembered that I used to love Disney's Robin Hood, so I thought Link was a try hard and never really gave him much of a chance.
Oh, the many times I bashed my head trying to remember at least one episode. [emoji38]
I gad a NES but didn't hear of TLoZ until the Nintendo 64's Ocarina of Time. Haha.
-
I had the American version, which is the NES but I have never even seen in person a Famicon system. That'd be rad.
-
I couldve sworn I had it at the top.
You did. I think I accidentally moved it when I rearranged the boards to make both versions look similar enough. It is an easy fix.

I am quite excited about Zel- Oh, that's right. It will be absenmt this E3
I guess I am just hoping we'll hear of something new.I can tell you right now what I am excited for: STAR FOX WII U
STAR FAAAAAX!!Added:
I just learned that Nintendo will do a live presentation like old times. So, that means all big wigs taking a plane to the event. What kind of surprise may Nintendo have under its sleeve. -
Mine was Rygar. I loved it. I'd play it daily from beginning, sometimes I would try not to turn off the system to continue in the afternoon or next morning if a weekend but I would always die with the bull-boss. Which is a shame because he is actually pretty easy to defeat once you understand how to avoid the attacks. Only recently I managed to beat the game and see the ending.
Rygar hd the things I liked in Zelda before knowing Zelda. It was an adventure game with an interesting world to explore. It was challenging, had very nice tunes too. I really like it. Even today.

So according to the Kickstart page here is how they're doing right now:
Quote55,756 backers
£1,718,858 pledged of £175,000 goal
20 days to goQuite interesting to see they have amassed almost 10x what they initially asked for.
Still short of the final stretch goal. To be hoenst I don't care if they don't reach it, the last reached goal will allow them to have orchestra. They have a lot of promises to fulfill once they get the money. I really hope they can make the game exactly how they want it even if it means more years of waiting. knowing they are working on it is great.__________________________
Here's some of the gameplay footage recorded from the E3 2015:
It's looking pretty sweet so far. It really seems like a return to the classic N64 platformer days.
Will you guys get this game when it launches? For which platform? I want to get it for Wii U. -
My favourite was Ocarina of Time. No doubt.
It was the game that hooked me on the TV adverts and morning shows. It was the reason I wanted an Nintendo 64 and the one I got for my birthday.
It was a cool adventure and it marked my stay as a gamer and my entrance into The Legend of Zelda seriesThough really loved many different N64 games from Rareware and Nintendo.

To be honest I am not sure which one I'd prefer. Termina is pretty cool with so many different zones and because it has a lot of people you make a connection with. I'd be cool to have some holidays there and see their carnival of Time.
I am also very fond of Koholint's overworld. I like the idea of animal Village, the peaceful town, the mountain and going for pictures. :D -
Many people seem to enjoy a lot flying in Skyloft.
I was not one of them. Not for lack of trying. the idea of riding a giant bird is rad! but as it turns out I was a clutz. I couldn't get a smooth trip, the bird would start flapping all over. After I noticed the height level I tried to stay in the middle but I still had that. It was very frustrating. perhaps you can explain me where I was coming short.Anyway, enough of my experience. I would love to know:
Did you liked to travel using Loftwing travel around?
Feel free to share any funny story. -
@ShiroMZM I've brought the main smilies. There are some still missing, but I will slowly install them. Right now I want to focus in other details.
Something else you have Wind Waker in your Gamecube Thread, but Twilight Princess was made on the gamecube before the Wii. So technically you're missing a sub-forum, just a heads up.
Yeah, thanks for pointing it out. To be honest, I noticed but I didn't move it as I am considering rearranging the Zelda zone. The structure in both this community and the Spanish equivalent could do with some work, so I was thinking in just going back to the order we had long ago of Zelda consoles and handhelds. I guess I could still move it meanwhile.Um a suggestion, me I personally know CSS and HTML pretty well and I kind of grind my teeth every time I see a post box that has absolutely no padding. Even the text input box has some padding. Just seeing those letters on that border runs chills down my spine (once again this is just my OCD but seriously...UGH I try to be nice but it hurts so much)
Seriously that's all you need to put into the right spot in the CSS files.
I actually agree about the lack of padding being a bit grating. While I don't want to make major changes in the skin, I have added the suggested padding for the message area. Hopefully this small change will suffice.

Those look awesome! I will definitely try and spread the word on foot. Because most often I have problems advertising online
I usually get band for that kind of stuff where I hang out :XD:
Feel free to print some advertisement to share around, haha. -
Apparently it is narrated by the Happy mask Salesman. I ignore if it is the original game seiyuu but it was still quite interesting and I wanted to share it with you all.
What did you think? I kind of wish we had a nice detailing trailer like this one or this one with subtitles.
