I don't know if I should feel good, or bad about winning a game about lacking life experiences on a forum full of people significantly younger than I am.
When you put it that way, it makes it quite amusing. That's for sure. :XD:

The first few days always kinda suck for me, but it's nice to be in an environment you're already comfortable with.
Thanks. the first days suck for me mostly in my head as I feel at risk, haha.
Well, that was... interesting. Super Mario Maker and Yoshi's Woolly World on 3DS was unexpected. Mario Sports Superstars was a surprisingly pleasant surprise. And hey, the other stuff was pretty good as well.
Quite funny how you also were mostly correct when you said
I'm betting on Pokemon, Mario Party, maybe some Hyrule Warriors Legends stuff and perhaps an update for Federation Force.
. Not update it seems.
What I find the most interest is that it seems that each region got its own.
The Japanese Direct showed a crossover between Zelda and Monster Hunter Stories:
Nintendo of America will have the Illustration Book. They also showed Youkai watch 2.
Nintendo of Europe mentioned Dragon Quest VII, while NoA jumped straight to the next one.
Also, NoA actually prepared some sort of mini sketch.
So, after a good amount of months unemployed, it seems I finally landed something. II am back to the kitchen, as a kitchen hand in a Tex-Mex inspired bar and grill place.
Yesterday I had my "trial". It was a calm day. I got positive reception and the Cook seems happy.
Tomorrow will be busy, but if everything goes alright I think I can consider myself pretty much in.
This has lifted my spirits a lot. Getting income and money for my retirement feels really nice.
Not to mention that Tex-Mex basically is where I grew up, in the frigging border between Chihuahua and Texas, hahaha.
The staff seems pretty chill with me too! I'll keep you guys updated.
I have been playing Bravely Default.
I am still not in the area I had to reset, but I am getting closer.
I have only played on my 3DS recently. Mostly Bravely Default. Just a few days a week.
I separated your post into its own thread since you're correct: We don't have a proper thread to talk about our absolute favourite. :XD:
I am torn between the Nintendo 64 and the New Nintendo 3DS. Those two are probably the ones I've played with the most so far.
Nintendo 64 is still winning in my biased, nostalgia-filled head. I guess it makes sense.
Link, that is qute impressive collection you got there. :^o^:
I don't need a spoiler. It is just Minecraft and Grand Theft Auto Five for me. In the future, I may consider expanding my game collection. However, I find my current game collection quite entertaining!
No worries, This is just for fun. Besides, those two titles are the kind that you can keep playing for a long time; even if you finish the story of GTAV. Haha.
My wallpaper right now is just the colour black.
As it is, unless another person joins and scores at least as good as you have, LS,
I think you are pretty much the winner of this game.
All we need is @Edward_Stryfe to confirm.
I've updated the first post to have all the banners readily available.
I simplified the thread. Now you can readily see the images.
They look great.
but what about the social media profiles?
Many people use them and you can promote our forum in those sites.
Yeah, for sure. Feel free to talk about us on your social networks. A shoutout to bring awareness of our community can help.
It doesn't have to be the index page either, if there is a thread you particularly like, sharing it through twitter and facebook will get other curious on it, maybe engaging them enough to decide our community is worth their time.
Also, we do have a twitter and facebook account, but I haven't really posted through them enough. Once they have some content, I will make sure to add them to the side of the forum.
I haven't the slightest
Not fair, I want to know how ahead or behind LS you are, so I can place bets with @Silent Lion about who will win.
Doubt it, but just out of curiosity, what's your total negative score if you counted everything till now?
Gah, I want NX.
Don't we all?
Still, I am hoping that they will announce something juicy to push for new 3DS sales this Christmas.
Following that logic, I think they will most likely withhold information on the NX until next year. :???:
Are any game in particular you'd like them to talk about?
Or some surprise reveal game from a certain franchise you'd love to happen?
Through his different twitter accounts, Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct is coming our way.
Apparently, they have confirmed that they won't be talking about the NX at all, just in case.
America: 1st of September - 7 am PT
Europe: 1st of September - 4pm CEST
Japan: 1st of September - 11pm
Australia: 2nd September - 12am AEST

After this was posted, the rest of the verified regional Nintendo accounts started spreading similar tweets with the date converted into their correspondent timezone.
There are a few titles coming out in the next weeks, like the newest Pokémon Sun and Moon games, but it should be interesting to see what new games they might reveal.
This is probably the last shot of Nintendo to turn over Metroid Prime:Federation Force.
I just learned it has been already out, but they might still want to convince the skeptics on what it has to offer. Hopefully, neither that or the new Pokémon will take the majority of the event.
What do you think?

Hey, welcome to the community. I hope you enjoy your time here. ^^
If you have any doubts, feel free to contact me.
Very pleased to meet you, @Legacy Yoshi!
Welcome top Zelda Cavern. :^o^:
And keeping with the tradition here's our...
GOLDEN QUESTIONS!
1.- What's your favourite Zelda game?
2.- What was the first Zelda game you ever played?
3.- What is the thing from "The Legend of Zelda" that captures your attention the most?
4.- How did you find our community?
I am thinking of relocation.
I really wish i have another choice about this but looks like I don't have one. Stupid life!
*hugs* Following the talk at your board, I hope everything goes alright with that.
I am glad you're giving it a go.
Pointless Rant
Disney is a brand company that never really had any creativity, all the "classic Disney" stories are tradition children's stories mostly from the tales of Grimm taken and had all the morality and justice ripped out of them. So it's no surprise that they are just doing the same thing to themselves at this point cause while Disney may seem to be a movie producer they're really a brand company since there's more money in that movies are just a side thing for them. So I've never been really impressed or totally enjoyed a Disney movie and I've yet to see their latest instalments of the above movies.
That was a pointless rant sorry.
I don't think it was pointless at all. It is pretty much on topic. Imagine my surprise growing up to learn about the tales I grew up with and how Disney changed them. Then you have the ones that are actually involving people that existed like Mulan and Pocahontas.
I do have a soft spot for many of their movies, many because I grew with them. I have enjoyed their material.
I chuckled when you mention they are now doing the same to themselves, haha.
I've got a rule about remakes.
I don't watch them.
I am sure I've heard other people going by the same rule. I guess you're voting with your wallet.
But since the Disney films are the iconic version of these stories at this point, it's unlikely that you're going to see a Cinderella film that isn't some kind of reaction to the Disney feature.
I remember as a kid I watched non-Disney Peter Pan and Alice in wonderland, now as an adult, I can tell you for what I can briefly recall the Alice one was more faithful to the book and the Peter one was different but still fun. I wish I could still be able to identify them.
Also Pete's dragon sounds awfully familiar too, so when I watched this in the cinemas
It looks like a twilight movie too. I'm not adding that to a list of must watches any time soon. It seems like there'll be a hint of comic relief but not enough to save it.
It seems like they will be playing it safe and right into our nostalgia. The music and dialogue from the teaser feel almost ripped straight from the cartoon. Thing is, I am a sucker and prime target of the nostalgia, so if they play their cards right and I like what I see, I will most likely get excited enough to want to watch it. Even so, Maleficent is a great reminder not to let my expectations become high.
Are you referring to presents as in things that others bought for us and gave us without asking us in advance? Or just things that we asked our parents to buy for us and they did?
Both of them apply to my question. You can answer for each if you want to make the distinction between expected and unexpected gifts. :^_^:
