I still have my livejournal. At some point I connected to my twitter account so what happens is that for months is just my tweets. then I remember I have it and I clean it and explain a bit some of the tweets, but i really haven't written any proper original entry in a long, long time.. -
Is this thread about sharing the one song we think is the best in the world or...?
I guess at this point it is just an excuse to share good music videos that amuses us. -

"Links" can probably just be merged with "Internet." No need to have separate forums I think.
The way I saw it at the time was that Links was to share other webs and Internets to discuss things in general. Like our forum experiences and stuff.Y U NO LIEK MY THEME?
Your theme is fine. I have just been told here and there that I could add something more Zelda-ish for the New / No New index icons instead of just circles. If you want I just will leave it like it is. Modifying that is not high on my list and to be honest all I was planning to do is to use our emblem. making it shine for new and stay darker/less opacity for no new.
And if you say it because I want to make a light theme well that theme won't be the default. This is always the default one. But some people really prefer browsing with light themes, so it is good to have an option for them. Also, many of our members come from old communities taht no longer exist. Have extra themes available that brings back a bit of the feel I think would be cool.
LAs I said I believe ZC main theme should stay this one.

Casa de mi Padre is Hilarious for me. they nail very well some of the Mexican Soap Opera Drama and the Movies portrayal.

I have decided to keep Zelda Cavern as a Zelda focussed community. Therefore I have rearranged several areas to more or less unify the look between ZCC and the spanish sister LLdH.
- All pokemon talk has been reduced to a subforum. There Were just too many subforums and some of them were never used.
- To bring attention to the current Nintendo Consoles / Zelda games. The Wii U and the 3DS has been pushed right into the Gaming area. I hope this makes easier to locate and incentivize to talk about the latests Nintendo title.
- The rest of Nintendo Home consoles have been pushed as subforums of "Older Nintendo Consoles" which is basically the general Nintendo Chat.
- I am still contemplating pre-fixes and eventually sub forums for the More Videogame Talk boards. Some asked for Sega and some for XBox. I don't like making empty areas. I go by the rule by 5. Have 5 threads and 5 people willing to contribute in said threads and I will give the subforum you ask a chance.
- The sub forums in general Chat have been reorganized to make easier separate certain topics. An internet section has been added. (I will most likely move the "links" area inside Internet.
I will shortly start working on a Light skin for the community. I hope you will like it.
As for the currents skin, I might change the New no new icons as you requested me before.I splitted some posts from quick feedback to locate them easier and I have added prefixes of the progress with all of them.
I finally managed to upload all your Caption Entries and voting has begun!

Okay. So the way I see it we're leaning towards two ways:
OPTION 1: Mature Board - It would have a disclaimer and most likely requires people PMing to request access to it. Being away from children and visitors would give us a chance to really open with things that might not be correct we talk here. Unfortunately it might cause some VIP impression.
OPTION 2: Serious Discussion Board - Unlike the mature one, this one would be open. It still would have a disclaimer but we won't implement any mechanism to stop minors from checking it. Leaving up to them to monitor themselves. It is inclusive but it might not solve the inappropiatness of some topics fr a community taht tries to be open to fans of whatever age of the franchise. Since the area is on the open, new posts won't include activity inside.
Have think. Let's go for one of those and tweak it to our liking.

The list is interesting, but I don't think it works well for all of them. I mean, a few of the adjectives in the list seem to work better with "very" before them because the synonym of their superlative form seems too pretentious. "Villainous"? Not many people would use that in a conversation unless they were joking around.
Good point. If the substitute becomes too distracting then it defeats the purpose to make the lecture flow.

I mean, how young are we talking? Like, me young? Or Queen Legend young?
Something in between. At least in the United States they state people under 13 years old of age in their children protection Laws. Hopefully as Izagar says a disclaimer warning in time should suffice.
