I suppose you are right, then. There really is nothing to discuss. If you're incapable of presenting reasoning for your argument that does not rely on the presupposed existence of god, then you're incapable of having a discussion with anyone outside your own theological framework. You need people to agree with you about god before you can even begin to talk with them about morality.

I'm not going to argue with you as to whether or not there is a god. Particularly the way you sprinkle insults throughout your statements. You've repeatedly demonstrated a marked lack of respect for people who disagree with you, and I just don't have the energy to deal with that.

If you'd like to invite others to discuss whether or not there is a god, you are of course free to do so. But that's not what this thread is about, so please start a new thread if that's what you'd like to discuss.

No, nothing like that is planned to be implemented here. This is just a forum for people to enjoy some freeform role playing. We're not putting any special systems in place for it.

Oh hell yeah, Black Holes are scary. I remember learning about them as a kid and being terrified for days that the world was going to get swallowed up any second and we'd never see it coming.

I think before we create any more gaming subforums, it'd probably be good if we saw some activity related to the topic we would make the subforum for.

I mean, so far this is the only thread on the whole forum discussing SEGA games. I think we should see more SEGA based conversations before we make a whole subforum for the topic.

I'd probably start off by leaving it unplugged for a bit, letting it cool down, then plugging it back in and trying again. Probably won't work, but it's worth a shot.
You could also change the system's orientation. If the disk inside is somehow a little loose, it might be getting caught on something and causing the eject mechanism to abort. Turning the system so it doesn't get caught could fix the problem.

After that, I'd say you gotta buy a Nintendo screwdriver and pull the thing apart.

I like the Z button. Actually I think the Z button might be the single best part of the controller. It felt very natural to use, and it had that "trigger" feeling.

EDIT: Checked it out. Turns out I actually tried it months ago.

It's okay. The interface is a little weird, and sometimes the audio would stop working for no discernible reason. But with a little work it could be perfectly serviceable.

The Gamecube controller is the best one Nintendo has made, to be sure. But I still wouldn't call it a good controller.
The C-stick is weird.

I much prefer the PS2 controller.

That movie seems to have a huge following now, I never really got into it myself. I'm pretty sure I've seen the whole thing, but never all the way through in one sitting. Always in bits and chunks.

Things that are just a little bit wrong are the scariest to me, I think. A dude with fangs and horns and green skin is just a monster. I love monsters. But a dude whose eyes are shifted an inch to the left of where they ought to be would freak me out.

The better we learn how to talk to one another and disagree with one another productively, the less frequently we need to resort to killing one another.
