World of Warcraft has been supplanted by Fallout 4.

This entire thread is people misinterpreting the first post, and replying without reading any subsequent posts.

Yeah, I've got my car running again. At this point I'm just looking to tune it up and get it running better. I gotta replace a window that broke, install a new heater core, stuff like that.
My dad has been helpful in getting that stuff taken care of. I also bought my car's Haynes manual, which is a pretty awesome resource.

This would have been off topic in the other thread.

You can report them and I'll merge them here. :XD:
I have merge power, I'll take care of it.

Which character is stronger, irrespective of how attracted to her you may or may not be?
At first glance I thought Zelda the obvious choice. She's stoic, clever, and occasionally plays an active role in Link's adventures. Overall she's still a princess that needs to be rescued all the time, but she seems like the stronger character up front.
But it can't be discounted that Peach was a playable character as early as the North American Super Mario Brothers. And it wasn't a one-time thing just because the game was ripped off from Doki Doki Panic either! Peach could be a party member in Super Mario RPG. And she had a ton of really interesting playable segments in Paper Mario. Zelda still hasn't achieved that level of participation in the zelda franchise. (And that's without considering all the sports and cart racing games Peach has been playable in. Those probably shouldn't count.)
True, Peach is feminine. Which isn't to say that Zelda is butch or anything, but Zelda has a certain stoicism and aloof dignity. Zelda is defined by her womanhood, but she is also defined by the fact that she is royalty. Peach, on the other hand, is defined solely by her womanhood. Peach is what a 3 year old girl might describe if asked what she wanted to be like when she grows up. Peach is a princess, yes. But from a design perspective it seems as though Peach is a princess because girls like princesses. Her royalty doesn't define her the way it does Zelda.
But Peach's relentless femininity does not necessarily make her a weak character. She is upbeat and hopeful. She's shown being more caring towards her subjects than I think we've ever seen Zelda be. Really, we almost never see Zelda being a ruler. We see her acting like royalty, but I can't personally think of any instance where she interacted with her subjects. Peach, on the other hand, is often shown being concerned for, or spending time with, the Toads.
I don't know. Which do you think is the stronger character?

Anybody else notice the large number of "I am going away" and "I am back" posts that happen outside this thread?
It's weird.

What benefit does your website receive from high search engine ranks?

I no longer see anything either. I imagine the video has been taken down in the 4 months since the previous post.

I usually listen while I cook or clean, personally.

I guess I better vote for the one that is a direct quote from me. =P
Here's my thinking: It's the job of a search engine to find things that people will be interested in. It is not the job of people who make interesting things to agonize over making those things attractive to search engines. When we over emphasize the importance of SEO, we give search engines more power than they ought to have.
Don't get me wrong, I don't completely scorn SEO. A lot of SEO practices are really just good website design. And if you're actually trying to do business on the Internet, then making sure you show up when people search for you is gonna be important.
But often I see folks getting antsy about SEO for things that have no profit motive whatsoever, like Zelda discussion forums, or personal blogs. It's kinda pathetic.

SEO is lame. Do what you do, and let people find you.

Well that explains it. Tennessee is dumb. Because of reasons I just made up.

I dunno where you live, TIO, but some of us don't really have much of a "fall" season. Of course, Winter doesn't officially begin until whatever arbitrary date in December or something that they designate for it. But Winter weather begins in mid-October or so.

You can find a lot of things on the side of the road. TVs, couches, children, busted washing machines, lamps...

I don't know whether to get drunk, edit my podcast, or get drunk AND edit my podcast.
