As a kid I was religiously devoted to get up at 5 am on weekends and turn on the Tv for the morning cartoons. Saturdays had this TV show about videogames, some segments answering questions on how to pass a level. That's when I saw this video game that was like a Fairytale. He freed some guys from cells and fought some sort of amazon woman. It was cool.
Each Saturday I'd watch the show and learn more about the game. For my birthday my father would get me a gaming console. His friends were rooting for a Playstation One but I wanted this game so badly, and it was for the N64.
The big day arrived and my father took me to electronic store. He was trying to persuade me into the PS console. I bet he wished he had taken me elsewhere for they had a big TV advert for the game I wanted. The Fairytale of the princess scaping in a horse from a big Castle while a kid watches them go, just to be confronted by the evil man. It made me feel more sure than ever I wanted that game. Before going for the console I went for the game. My father tried to persuade me again saying I could buy it in the other console. I showed him the sticker in the box that said very clearly "Only for N64".
So yeah, i guess you could say The Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time made me buy a Nintendo 64.
Um....I'm not trying to talk bad about your dad, but what kind of father would do that? Sounds really selfish. -
As a kid I remember really liking the Roger Rabbit game. But looking back, I don't think I ever made a single bit of progress while playing it. It was just fun to drive around, really.

My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Gold for the Gameboy Color, and I picked Cyndaquail. Yet I'm still not sure if I spelled it's name right, heh. I picked it because I liked fire as a kid, and I still do.

I am not sure if I have a favourite type. I like many of different types. Fire is pretty cool but so is Ghost.
I am undecided, hahah.Just googled ghost-fire pokemon. That was underwhelming.
I won't have a Chandelure unless it the rare one.
Chandelure is amazing, though. -

I'm pretty sure that site has to be somewhat legal. I found the link on Funnyjunk, and Funnyjunk is very strict about posting illegal content ever since their admin got sued for copyright infringement a couple of years ago.

I haven't really watched eitehr so I want to see your opinions in a bit more in depth. I want to catch up with detective Conan.
I'll try my best not to spoil anything, because in Fairy Tail, there are A LOT of plot twists and surprises, and it's hard to not explain why I like it without spoiling anything. I can agree that the first arc was kind of boring, which is where @Cressel stopped watching. After that though, I adore it. Especially arc 3 and 4. 4 is my favorite as of now. I just finished arc 5, so..yeh. I suggest you watch for yourself and see if you like it or not.And here is something everyone on this forum has to agree on: The music in Fairy Tail is fucking amazing.

If you watch other cool anime like one piece, naruto, bleach...you will get what I mean.

I've watched Naruto before, and I've seen bits and pieces of Bleach. I like finishing a series first before I decide which series to watch next. And as of now, Fairy Tail is my all-time favorite. -

My English class is currently reading Night. It's written by a survivor of the Holocaust and he tells us his experiences through a story. We've only read about a quarter of the book, so we're not that far into it.
