I have both versions, have beaten both, and it's pretty good. It's not the best in the series, nor is it the best 2D game. However, it is a special game because it is sort of the turning point of the series. Like people said, it introduced a lot of staples. Furthermore, it has some music that has been reused to this day, as well as it is more complex than the previous two games. The previous two games had their story more contained to just the instruction manuals, ALttP was the first Zelda game to actually flesh out a full fledged story in-game. As well as it sort of fleshed out Ganon(although he wasn't completely fleshed out until OoT, and again some more in FSA). ALttP is also noteworthy of being the biggest and longest Zelda game to this day with it's amount of dungeons (not counting the oracles linked together). ALttP may not be the greatest, but it was the turning point of the series and did a lot for the future games. Without it, Zelda would be drastically different. I'd overall, give this game a 9.4/10. There isn't much wrong with it.

This was the best Zelda ever created until Twilight Princess came along. It had a story that wasn't the same ol' sheez(by that, I mean monster kidnapping Princess, got to collect some items and save her stuff), probably the best graphics on the N64, lots of sidequests(probably the most in ANY game), and yes, it may be a short game, but the difficulty (come on, if you say MM wasn't difficult at all, you're lying to yourself) and the sidequests make up for it. This game also had probably the most character development in the whole series. My thoughts changed to my fav being TP when it came out, due to it having a slightly better storyline and better gameplay and crap, but I love this game so much, I'd give it a 10.1/10. :)

I hated him. I mean, he was actually cool throughout the game, but then when you got to him...just no man. He stretched all about, hopped around, thought he was gonna put on a friggin dance show for Link. He was crazy, and not the good kind. Nintendo needs to put his ass in a friggin mental institution and never use him in another Zelda game again.

I love the cave of ordeals. I love all those places where you kill countless enemies. And I never did die; ever. I always bring fairies; and a ton of rupees to make the magic armor work for a long time. You just need to be prepared; that's all, and you'll probably win.

I doubt anything related to TWW at all will be on the Wii. Nintendo has already stated that they are probably choosing to keep the cel shaded games(meaning TWW-related AND Four swords series) on their handhelds, with more realistic stuff on their consoles. Yep. And the way it's going now, I say go for it. Twilight Princess was killer, though could've been better, hit the mark on the Wii, at least in controls. PH for DS looks amazing, the graphics are, at least for cutscenes, just as good as TWW's. The controls themselves look amazing, and how positive the game itself is doing in Japan, I'd say Nintendo is making the right decisions and aren't disappointing.

I'm not listing anime, as there is already a topic for that.

However, in non asian cartoons, I'd say Code Lyoko, Family Guy, Futurama, Robot Chicken, Aqua Teen Hungerforce, Jimmy Neutron, The Fairly OddParents, Spongebob, Ed Edd n Eddy, and that may be it.

Meh, Invader Zim and South Park are both overrated to me...

Youtube has a lot of videos on OoT secrets, if you want to look at them (don't get fooled though, some of them are faked triforce bs). Also, if you're interested in the beta of OoT, I have a website that has basically every released image of OoT since it first went into production five years before it's release. I'll post it later.

These can be, like, pokeballs, but Nintendo version, with Nintendo characters. I can see what they mean by most are invincible. Like, in melee, a lot of pokemon you couldn't attack, if you touched them you'd get hurt, but then there's stuff like Chansey that you can attack and knock away. See, just like Nintendo character pokeballs, basically.

This can also pave the path for future smash fighters in future games, like, some stuff that are just Assists in this game can become full fledged fighters in the next.

Yes, this is one of the best updates yet. These will unlock more possibilities I'm sure of.

All of OoT's secrets have been found, it has a lot of interesting stuff, and there is no triforce to obtain in the game no matter what people say. But yeah. I'd rather talk about TP secret stuff, it's newer and stuff is still being found in there, and probably will for a few years to come =O

Alright. The Wii is backwards compatible with GCN games. It also has two memory card slots and four controller sots for GCN controllers.

You can download games from currently five systems, ranging from NES, SNES, Genesis, Turbografx16, and N64. Soon, they will have MSX and I think Neo Geo games on the VC, as well as coming n 2008, ORIGINAL games downloadable from the Shop channel, meaning games that are probably older in terms of graphics and gameplay and such, to mimic the VC games(and to not waste a lot of space), but they will be totally new games, not older games.

Nintendo has hinted at a TWW remake, but at this point, they have not said anything about making it yet. They are making a new Wii Zelda, but I'm pretty sure it's the TP sequel and not TWW remake. If they do remake TWW, it will probably be maybe a few years from now. Nintendo only said they would want to make one, they never said anything about when or if they are making one.

If it IS remade for Wii, the only things you could expect from it that are new are the controls and possibly WiiConnect24 features. Also, if it does come, it will be same deal as Wii TP, with the game flipped, for right handed people. Other than this, same game.
