i dont remember nintendo ever confirming a full timeline, but they did give off bits and pieces, like OoT bring 1st and LoZ & AoL being last.

Besides, TWW did not disappoint. At all. You just get those idiots who say "lolzzz itz a car2n lolz it suxorz u biotch lolz i go ply halo now lolz" which those people are retarded, and their opinions aren't valid and don't mean s***. The Wind Waker actually got more positive feedback than Twilight Princess did, a lot of people were also pussies with TP. The retarded OoT fanboyz wanted a game that was similiar to OoT. Now that TP is out, they complain that it's TOO similiar to OoT. Too flipping bad, it's what they wanted.

OoT is just a noteworthy game because it brought the series to 3D. But it wasn't the first form of popularity for Zelda, nor was it the sole purpose Zelda is popular today.

i do agree with you though, people who say that(refering to the halo thing) are stupid. you should NEVER base a game soley on graphics. i think the game that started up the series was ALttP, and then OoT reinforced it. Tp isn't really isnt like OoT when you think about it though...they're kinda different. when i firt saw the wind waker i thought it was stupid cuz of the graphics, but then when i played it i changed my mind.

EDIT: all of the zelda games started up the series in a way. each new game brings in more fans.

heres what i have gathered from the various PH videos around the web:
1st dungeon= din fairy
2nd dungeon= nayru fairy
3rd dungeon= forae fairy
then theres somesort of climax(sword obtained, ect.)
so link has to free those 3 goddess fairys in the begining for some reason...

sorry i lied i dont even have that game. the legend of zelda: soul caliber 2 is waaaaaaaay better. i cant wait for legends to come out.

yeah i think nintendo made this game to show everybody that the gameboy is cool. i agree though it has no sense of direction.

maybe you're the one that needs to take it up with Nintendo. the only reason that it comes up in the zelda "universe" is because of the fact that tingle is in it. and the people that made that game(nintendo) also made many many other games, and they aren't zelda. you're just too iggnorant to face the fact that you PMSed again over something that isn't zelda, and that you're wrong. but whatever you say to make yourself feel better dude.

like happy mask salesman said, that is only limited by technology. Make OoT and TP both have the graphics of LoZ. like i said before you CAN'T judge a game on it's graphics. i agree with that as well. way too much time is wasted traveling, i like the scenery, but its just too big, much like sailing in TWW.
dont get me wrong, TP is a great game, but games like OoT, ALttP and MM were better. and with that i rest my case. go OoT!

triforcemaster 3000, have you played/beaten ANY of the Zelda games? Because you seem to have little knowledge about Zelda. OoT wasnt slow, it had a pretty short opening vid, then you go get your sheild & sword then before you know it, you're in the first dungeon.

TP link and adult Link are kinda the same. If you say that the TP Link looks the most like a man, then go play the game. he looks like a girl, no offense to Link. dammit forgot what i was gonna type next...
