The lightning attack does seem deadly, but remember that he doesn't have much in the way of heavy armor or special abilities.
Secondly, I don't have much of a comment on whether or not you think that's his character. That picture is just a screenshot from Unreal Tourney 99, all of the stuff he made himself, obviously.

We tried something at Metanet for that. About 5 or so people were supposed to meet somewhere in California, but it didn't really go through.
Also, they were thinking of starting up a Toronto one, because the creators of N, Mare and Raigan, live in Toronto, and we also have a good handful of Canadians on Metanet. :O I would totally go to that, because downtown Toronto is only like under an hour away from here (assuming there's no traffic).
