So apparently I never actually knew this, but it appears that the first 4 regions, 1-7 island, as well as the Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Colosseum regions sit all in one place on a map.
I find this rather interesting if you ask me.. what do you guys think?

Yeah they're on different continents not based from japan.
Unova is based on New York and Kalos on France as far as I know.

Oh right! I forgotten about that, Kalos always did make me feel at home more than America ever did.
I've known this ever since Black and White was announced. I really like to research topic that interest me such as video game history, Pokemon, Sonic, FNAF, stuff like that. I came across Serebii and found that image, and it gave me a bigger perspective of the size of the Poke Earth.
The greatest feeling ever that I ever had. Was when I was playing gold (You kind of missed the old versions Blue, Red and Yellow...)
Was when I visited Kanto after I was done with Johto. I thought it was cool.
I think I kind of remember seeing that on a poster a long time ago. It is pretty cool how it all connects.
While Unova and Kanto region are inspired on real cities (which I also find pretty cool) I don't see why they couldn't belong to the same world in the Pokémon Franchise.
