hello, i want to start a freewebs site that utilizes html, and i would want a unique layout. If anyone can make me one that can be used with freewebs, that would be very helpful. I would fork over all of my rupees.!

freewebs isn't always the best server to use for a layout. I would recomend something with a pre-designed layout if you can't make one of your own, like Tripod or, If you can make your own, try asking to be hosted by ZC!
