I'm hoping there are temples in the Twilight Realm to solve with Wolf Link, and i hope you can also walk around with Midna to help solve these puzzles. Do you guys think there will be temples?

Yes. I'm pretty sure there will be. If nothing else they have the castles to go through like the one in the trailer at E3 '05.
