If you look about 3 news down, you can see nearly invincible enemies.

the beta version is most probably the demo from last E3

the video of invincible enemies is NOT a beta, this is in fact a mod

And how can you tell? They were supposed to be in the game, but not. This was made using cheat codes and then simply remaking hese guys. :/

yes you are right, the enemy is from the beta
although theres quite a few modding videos where you can gain access to this enemy.
