how/where could I get a shout box that works like the one we had were you have to be a member to use it?

One thing about Cbox is I have it on my forum and it's seriously a pain if the guests cause trouble as they do on my forum. Btw, with Cbox. If you upgrade it to premium Cbox for $2 a month you have to register in the Cbox to be able to use it. One click bans and deletes and all that good stuff. No advertisements blah blah blah. But that costs $2 a month if you upgrade it.
