How come link never talks?

link never talk all he says is Hiya! Or SAAAAAA! Why doesnt he ever talk in any of the games link should get to Say what he wants to say. Or at least we get to talk for him. The only time i remember when he talks was in Oot when zelda asks you to talk to her. But when you say no she asks you again. Link doesn't want to help u zelda why cant u understand:crying:!! Mabye link is physicaly chalenged. or he one of those freaky silent type the world may never know?

lols or maybe, the zelda creaters thought it would be better if linked didn't talk, so people who are playing can imagine what he is saying in their heads.

Link talks in TP. Look at him in the beginning with Ilia. His mouth moves. They just don;t have him say anything cause he's you.

Because, if he did, wouldn't it seem a little more like sims and stuff? It's original and he's the hero of time...duh!

he doesnt talked because it's suppose to be like the player is link, and thinks about what he says, to interact more with the game.\

at shrukan: link doesnt even move his mouth to talk in the beggining

I've said it once, I'll say it agian: money.

Those cheepskates at Nintendo can't afford to hire someone to speek for Link. I'm sure they still had to pay enough money for just his grunts, however.
