THey are making two hobbit lord of the rings movies. Finally I cant wait to se them. they come out in 09. thats a long time from now but its totaly worth the wait. i havent seen any trailers for it thow. If anyone has any more info on it plesae share it with me i am a huge fan of the lord of the rings movies.
Lors of The Rings is one of the best movies ever. u guys should se it when its out.

I think there was a game called "The Hobbit", i haven't played it, but my friend reckons it's quite a good game. A Movie, i mean Lord of the Rings has been done and done, so what's left. If it's a central movie based on the "Hobbits" then that would be fine, but any plots regarding the "Ring" would make it seem like a LOTR spin off.

The Hobbit was the Prelude to the Lord of the Rings. It was written BEFORE LotR was even thought of. So, I doubt that it would be considered a "knockoff," LotT.
