Need help with making images transparent

I need some sprites be transparent. You need to make them transparent and each individual sprite needs to be in its OWN file. That means one file has one sprite in it. I know its not simple, and I REALLY need help. Just email me them in a ZIP file (use Winrar) and send them to twilightlink91@gmail.com. Please assist!

I know how to make the sprites transparent, but I need each sprite in a seperate file, or it'll make Flash freeze!
