My girlfriend when we were still in the "like" and super awkward phase went with her family on a road trip to california and on the way back she got some little souvenir bracelet with like the yin-yang symbol carved into it. and I wear it every day with me all the time and never leave anywhere without it.

I thought it looked like Tarzan at first. But every time I thought of the title my head stubbornly kept conjuring a goofy looking cartoon dragon in a live-action setting and nothing about being lost and raised in the Jungle. I don't remember the plot of the movie in itself but I feel safe to say that dragon wouldn't hurt a fly. Either this teaser is setting people off for disappointment or story has been changed. Not sure what to make of it yet.

Yeah my siblings have this movie it's from the late 70's it's a disney movie but I can't recall what it's origin is or if it's just a disney knock off from a title they couldn't buy out.

Just bought Kindom Hearts(1) and a crap SNES game(NCAA Basketball) I finally coughed up the cash to buy a new controller for my SNES and power cable and so I needed a game to go with it and I spent too much on the cord and controller so being the cheapest (1.99) I just grabbed it. But I'm disappointed nonetheless. I need to record some gameplay of it for you guys to see you'll love it I promise.

It looks like a twilight movie too I'm not adding that to a list of must watches anytime soon. It seems like there'll be a hint of comic relief but not enough to save it.

I've got a rule about remakes.
I don't watch them.
Of course, whether or not its a remake depends on whether it's using the Disney film as source material or not. Most of Disney's classics are just classic stories in general, and it's ironically one of the few things Disney doesn't own. So if somebody wants to draw on the same source material, then they've certainly got the opportunity to tell a good story. But since the Disney films are the iconic version of these stories at this point, it's unlikely that you're going to see a Cinderella film that isn't some kind of reaction to the Disney feature.
By the by, Beauty and the Beast is getting a live action film, if I recall.
Why does that sound like the cringiest yet? The image that imediately came to mind is that it's going to basically be like 50 shades of grey mixed with the likes of teen wolf and twilight -
Pointless Rant
Disney is a brand company that never really had any creativity, all the "classic disney" stories are tradition childrens stories mostly from the tales of grimm taken and had all the morality and justice ripped out of them. So it's no surprise that they are just doing the same thing to themselves at this point cause while disney may seem to be a movie producer they're really a brand company since there' smore money in that movies are just a side thing for them. So I've never been really impressed or totally enjoyed a disney movie and I've yet to see their latest installments of the above movies.
That was a pointless rant sorry.

Nice :D hopefully it works out. It might be a cheaper option now days just to buy a good condition second hand one, or a new slim PS3 - if your uncle's one doesn't work out.
PS3 is one of my favourite consoles for sure.
You stole my games!
Yeah it is really nice I just love how multi-functional it can be it's really awesome. Yeah they said they'll pay me for the work if they do keep it but my uncle doesn't want it anymore cause his girlfriends girlfriend's boyfriend gave them a super freaking enormous crazy badass PC so now they have a crap ton of steam games and stuff. It's weird though when I play videos on it it works fine and when I play PS1 games it works great but PS3 games it crashes and it doesn't support PS2 games(something I'll fix if I get to keep it.) -
I've changed my list to a HTML format, only problem is it's not updated 100% but I'll finish it soon enough.
I also have some good news, my uncle might give me his old PS3 if I can get it fixed though his girlfriend might want to keep it so it's a shot in the dark cause I don't know her THAT well. But it's got the over heating problem so it needs thermal paste applied to the heat sensors I took it apart and cleaned the ton of dust and crap that was in it out of it but it's still going to need that thermal paste I ran the fans on cleaning mode too about a dozen times.

I don't have any experience with assembly myself, but good luck mate. Look forward to seeing the finished product!
Thank you and yeah I figured there probably isn't anyone who is learned in that language here. But I figured it was worth a shot. I'm still not too sure what I plan on doing in the end but hopefully it'll be good I'm getting the essential learing bits out of the way so I can let the creative stuff interfere when it won't interrupt the flow of learning that needs to stream into my brain before I can start the project. -
I'm trying to build an NES game in assembly, I found a couple of tutorials and I'm still looking and learning. This is unfortunately my first time delving into the assembly language. So it's a hellish delight. Cause it is unbelievably simple once you get past the essential code language. It's very root level and therefore once the basic understanding is there it won't be too bad. But does anyone here know assembly? I initially started with this tutorial https://squareknot.com/workshop/3805/project/5933 but it in all honesty just gave me the knowledge to build a box that the NES can recognize. I've now found this tutorial http://nintendoage.com/forum/messagev…2&threadid=7155 which cause of my internet and time and computer I have to copy paste it to really be able to read it. So I'm archiving it and it seems pretty in depth so hopefully it works out. I already have a sprite making application, emulator, debugger, and compiler so tools wise I'm good. It's just a pain to find any definitive and decent content for assembly for some reason. I'm aware it's unbelievable primitive still though it's a shame there isn't more out there.

Hey since it's related to this thread. Does anyone want to play AoE2 ? I have it all setup sometime tonight maybe?

Ok so I figured it'd be neat to make one of these. Just post and discus resent games you've bought/acquired etc. Only rule is that you have to take a picture of the stuff that you bought to prove it and just to incite discussion.
::::::::
I myself have just finally got my copies of Resident Evil 4 for the PS2 and Final Fantasy VII for the PS1. I have been waiting to play Resident Evil 4 again for so so long, I haven't played it in 3 years cause I borrowed it from my uncle who has since moved away. It was my first and favorite introduction into the Resident Evil series. I have honestly yet to play any of the other games not out of bias but simply because they are for the most part all very renowned and popular high-demand games. So they cost more than other used last-gen games and I only just recently have been enabled to really expand my library since we went from having no money to my mom marrying a super wealthy guy, don't get me wrong I don't get an allowance but stuff I would have to do for free I tend to get payed for now. Final Fantasy VII on the other hand is hand's down one of my absolute favorite games of all time. It's amazing, and up till now the only copies I've ever owned of it were either ISO's from the internet or DLC on my PSP from PSN. Which my PSP later broke leaving the game obviously lost, I found a way I can use the PSP as a controller and play FFVII on the TV from the PSP but it just wasn't the same. Now I have a legitimate and physical copy of the game. Seriously freaking amazing. I love it so much and I must say that amazon is one of my favorite things right now for bringing these things to me. FFVII only cost 19.99USD and Resident Evil 4 5USD. The only thing is is that after these games, I have filled up my memory cards, and so I'm going to need to invest in some more. My mom owes me 50USD and my aunt is going to pay me for some work I did and I'm doing a job for another lady that I'm getting paid for so I am going to have the money to choose. I want ya'll's opinions on new memory cards, should I just get the regular size officially licensed memory cards? Or should I get offbrands that are 10 or more times as large as the official memory cards? At the moment btw I have two officially licensed PS2 memory cards and one officially licensed PS1 mem card.

I'm going to work on getting all the sound files picked out, and organized so that there isn't any HTML in the way of things and complicated directories. So once I get that made up I'll upload the torrent to LegitTorrents.info just like this one. You can keep an eye on my releaser thread there for it. Though chances are I am going to post it here before I edit my release thread but if you want to check it out it's at http://www.legittorrents.info/index.php?page…4&msg=1066#1066 and the first post of the thread has the listed torrents in it.

I guess this one is good, I have a few minutes so it's short.
I was hanging around with a friend of mine last year and we were trying to climb this weird tree. I was determined to get up into it. After about 10 minutes of determination and cutting my hands open on branches I get into it. I had done it, felt satisfied and was ready to leave. So I being only about 6ft (~2m) jumped down. I get down and hand to roll cause I fell weird and twisted my ankle, I saw blood dripping from my foot and I was tired from being outside so I went inside to wash up and watch Napoleon Dynamite with my friend. I get into the house and go to the kitchen to start washing my hands and face when my mom screams, I freak out wondering what had happened and she said "What Happened!" I am confused as can be and see her point at the tile floor I had walked over. There was a thick trail of blood I look at my foot and through a ~1cm wide circular hole I can see bone. Turns out I landed on a sapling that my mom had trimmed. It felt more like a needle stuck into my foot, I guess adrenaline took care of the pain at first, that night though and the month after I felt it reeeeal good.
