I got super high anyway, and played Twilight princess while talking a lot of shit.
Now I'm playing D&D over g+. John Bell is an amazing referee.

This, on repeat:
Remember that Nintendo 64 Kid video? That's a moment he and I shared. I got my N64 on Christmas morning, and I was fucking *floored.* My parents never did that kinda stuff. Video games were something that rich kids had. Having video games for myself for the first time was totally unexpected and delightful.
I also have fond memories of strapping rubber bands all over my controller so I could input the code in Shadows of the Empire.
I'm looking forward to a quiet evening with no real plans tomorrow. I'd very much enjoy either smoking some weed or getting drunk. But I can't afford booze, and I'm not 100% sure that I won't have to do a drug test for my new job yet.
I do have a candy bar in the cupboard though...
I honestly don't think I've ever played a single one. I assume you're posting this because there are some that don't suck?
I tend to assume any game based on a movie is gonna suck.
Fess up. Who among you played it, who among you still plays it?
I was big into WoW from early BC-mid Wrath. I returned to the game for the end of wrath, and about halfway through Cataclysm. I haven't played for some time now, but my main is a Human Warlock on Silver Hand.
Wizards and Warriors.
And The Minibosses playing the same song:
It doesn't seem that expensive. ~$40? It's certainly not as cheap as most used games, but it's not as expensive as a new game.
Now, Chrono Trigger...
Yes I would. Dovahkin if it's a girl. Commander Shepard if it's a boy.
Second girl would be "Femshep?"

this thread already existed though.
HO SHIT SON!
Well, that's that. Everyone who has posted in this thread is officially banned. I'm very disappointed in all of you. Especially you, @LinkSkywalker .
Currently:
Yeah, Megaman is pretty good. But Castlevania!:
Ya know, I didn't play Super Metroid until I was a teenager, and was never really able to get into it. >.>
I also never liked Street Fighter, but there's no denying that rhythm:
Dammit, beat me to it. I'm always too slow.
I mean, isn't everyone who makes that joke in 2015 a little slow?

Oh, another good GC game: Twin Snakes.
I think Twin Snakes is pretty great.
The cutscenes are awful, it's true. But I find early 3D games really difficult to play. So I generally prefer Twin Snakes to the original Metal Gear Solid.
What is the gameplay like? The books are generally mysteries mixed with social drama. But I somehow doubt they made a series of point-and-click adventure games.
So what...it's a third person shooter with wands?
I never really understood why they made his hair pink in LttP.
(Kokiri Kid got a little big for his britches, Kilovh. He thinks he's tough shit now).
The Boba Fett fight was my original breaking point, I think. He was fucking hard enough to beat on his own, but then you had to fight his fucking ship as well.
I think I eventually got through the fight fair and square. But I'm pretty sure it's also where I started using cheats.
