For my family to be reunited - there is currently a huge dispute between my mom and aunt vs. their 2 brothers about some land that my grandparents had near Canada's Wonderland worth over $800,000, split between the 4 of them, but the 2 brothers screwed it up. To get good presents for once... last year I got hardly anything - silver necklace which I don't have anymore, and a matching silver bracelet, which I still wear, but it needs to be shined.

To achieve decent marks before the Christmas vacation - I'm failing all 4 of my classes...

Laptop would be great, (and because I really need an upgrade from my current desktop) but I want to personalize it, and my parents are very ignorant of computers and their specifications, so I'm sure as hell not trusting them with it.

PS3 - I know this is a longshot, but hey, maybe there's some sort of special package coming up for the holidays.

Yes, I am what you would define as "bored".

The new season for this absolutely stunning and plot-twisting show started on September 25th (which was, incidentally, also the release date for Halo 3), and it is currently on Fox, (or Global, for us Canadian members) Tuesdays at 9.

Because the higher level of realism and frame rate immerse you in the game more. Of course, graphics may be milked occasionally, but this can also be said of the Wii's control scheme. The Wii does something different - higher interaction and a cheaper price, at the cost of weak hardware and limited features. It depends on which you prefer, but saying which is better, especially when you're being an ignorant fanboy about it, is making you look silly. I hate the console wars always being brought up, everywhere I go - leave people's damn choices alone and stop bragging or trying to proclaim one better than the other.

Secondly, just because a game or console pushes out better graphics doesn't mean that the story or the gameplay is automatically bad, the graphics are simply enhanced. Everything else is now determined by the company who makes it. Man, I hate saying this shit over and over again.
