About profile, gender, etc--

Where to change the gender, location, title, occupation etc--? I can't find it.

I see you are tapatalk. I have never used it so I have no idea how Tapatalk is laidout.

But if the pages look any normal click your name at the top right below the logo and it should open a drop down menu.

Those options are for profile customization

Well, tapatalk doesn't support much stuff.
Just use the normal theme from the browser. The present theme is a responsive theme.
It looks cool too.
