Rockstar North announces GTA for next gen systems

During a press conference at E3, Rockstar North officially announced the continuation of the legendary series, now known as Grand Theft Auto IV. The game is expected in stores October 16, 2007 for U.S., for Europe, October 19.

cool! i hope they decide to up their graphics a little, that was my only problem with the games...but its understandable considering how much information and things to do there are in the game.

do you know if they will have to keep their adult rating?

they are stongly planning to kep the game tame enough for matrue rating. This is a completely different game.

to be fair about it i dont believe that GTA san andreas should have gotten the adult rating to begin with. if it hadnt been for their declining sales and the programmer that put the adult content in there in the first place *which was riduclous, even to bump sales* they never would have gotten in trouble.
besides, you had to download a patch for it...insane it would get the adult rating for that IMO.
