It's a Mario & Sonic Olympics commercial, and they had Sonic screw with Mario's interview with the reporter.

I found it quite hilarious. xD

Well, that's actually kind of more difficult to do. This is supposed to mimic a real-life interview, so it's kind of hard to act like you're talking to a CG character.

They did it in other movies. It's easy with practice. Actually they don't even need to do anything, but talk to Mario and get the right cue.

But the goofy costumes add to the hilarity.
