WoW has had a lot of good ones, but for me nothing beats the original WotLK teaser.

Although, the Burning Crusade cinematic hits me right in the feels as well.

Do commercials count? If so, Sonic Adventure 2 takes the cake for me. I dunno why, probably because of the humor. I was browsing Youtube and came across this about 5 years ago and loved it.

My brother and waited for this ad to come on every morning. We hadn't ever seen Link in these kind of graphics and we speculated this is what gamecube Link would look like...

Ho shit, I'd forgotten about that commercial. Fuckin' badass, mang.

The Dead Island trailer is the best thing ever. I have no actual interest in the game, but if this shit doesn't make you cry then you're dead inside:

And of course, all three of the Shovel Knight trailers give me chills. Though I think this one is probably my favorite:

That's such a memorable trailer. It made me want to try the game, but then the reviews fixed that idea.

This trailer will also stay with me, as we saw it first in the cinemas. Man, it was so good to see.
