You can google for a 1337 converter/translator, but I think it is best you do it your own.
Basic common substitutes:
! = I
0 = O
1 = L
2 = Z
3 = E
4 = A
5 = S
6, 9 = G
7, + = T
8 = B
ph = F

You can do more advanced sign swiping by trying to use more than one symbol for just one letter like |) means D, '/ means Y, 12 means R... (It is very little likely you will find the alternative -LZ-.
You can even reach the point where you don't use the normal characters at all.
