The best looking Pokemon in the anime series

What is your favorite pokemon in the anime as far as looks are concerned? Putting abilities and types aside, which pokémon is just "wow" in terms of looks / design?

Hmm... that is a hard one. Now there are so many pokemon around. I definitely want to see some answers. It might help me shake my memory and recall some I think that are pretty cool looking.

I'll start tame and say that I liked the idea of a fire horse so rapidash is cool.
I also always liked Lucario's appearance.

And Jigglypuff is also cute looking... specially when it gets angry! X3

I know there must be others I know that I like better but for some reason I can't recall them.
