Hyrule Warriors heading for the 3DS

This news start with a leak, from Koei Tecmo straight from its own official account. The video was unlisted so just by having the right url you were able to watch it. Twitter user Tamaki of Unseen64 released a tweet with a link to the video which quickly spread to the dismay of the team. Koei Tecmo changed the video to private but by then several copies had been re-uploaded by other users and gaming sites had already covered the news.

The main surprise is that it reveals two new characters from the windwaker: Tetra and King Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule. This is exciting news and something to look forward next E3.

I mean its cool but I don't want to buy the game again so will I get these new guys on Wii U?

I am in the funny situation where I haven't bought Hyrule Warriors but I am pretty close to do it, so knowing this really makes it harder to choose.
Should I get the HD HW or the one on the go? Should I put again on hold the idea of owning HW in favour of hearing more about the 3DS version?

I tend to use my 3DS more than the console, but HW HD looks pretty sweet.

Eh.... I don't really care. Never really cared about Hyrule Warriors. I'm old. I want nothing to change.

It is unknown if HW3DS will feature as much sidequests ike the WiiU version does, I feel it's overwhelming the amount of time you can spent on Adventure mode.

Ah, finally! I was actually hoping they would do something like this. I would have gotten it for the Wii U, but the problem is, I don't have a Wii U. (Sadly). Hopefully I can get one soon though. I tried selling my Wii and a bunch of games I don't play anymore, but that was before the price drop. I guess I gotta try again and see how much I get now. At least I can actually get this game now that it's coming to 3DS. Thanks for sharing this.

I am kind of bummed by the leak as this could have been another uplifting surprise for their Digital Event. I did have a tweet exchange with the guy that spread the leak, he seemed alright.
