The movies you listed are the same for me, expect National Lampoon, couldn't get into that, also never heard of Holiday Heist.

I'll add Love Actually, Miracle on 31st Street and an old timey Christmas Carol.

I haven't seen it in movies but there is plenty of post cards and clothes that have Santa surfing and wearing shorts and stuff like that so Xmas in summer is very present for Australians, haha.
