They said it themselves. I'm positive I saw it somewhere in an interview.

I didn't know that. That's pretty cool you can still emulate some if the original glitches.

How could it be laziness? If at all that's extra effort to code in a way it permits the same mistakes react like we expected. This is remade code.
None of the original glitches were game breaking or bad, were they?
The only glitches I know of in OoT and MM are the kinds that can be intentionally exploited for lulz.
(Also: did they keep the goldcart, or greycart glitches? Because the greycart fixed some of the best glitches in the goldcart version.)
Though what I do like about the new games in comparison to the old ones they were remade from. Is the fact that they can patch their mess ups. I cant tell you how many games I bought with my N64 or PS1 that the companies had to warranty new copies to people who needed to send them in for game breaking bugs. If my game has a patch for example. My xbox updates it automatically.
Was that seriously an issue?
I never played a game that needed to be replaced under warranty due to bugs.
Original is better, I think so, I love music so I like this game as they includes music (It is the most important thing), so I like Original the better.
Doesn't matter it's 3D and with updates, but I like Original the best, cause Original is original.

Throwing away the nostalgia the remakes are freaking amazing. It even includes master quest and whatnot come on they're superior.
I think the Remake made a good job capturing the official Art and adding more details.
Man, that somber opening melody is such a strange choice for a game series that had always opened with big bombastic, adventurous themes.
I didn't even known the proper Zelda theme until I found out that Termina's Field was actually it and I related it to Hyrule's Castle theme in the Smash Bros.
The original. Like, the very original. With red Ganon blood and proper fire temple music.
It has good glitches, too. That's important to me.

It still bums me that they changed the blood and the chants.
I like how the people still called it out with the "Rated E for Everyone" Memes with images like these.
I am glad I played it though,Shadow Temple and other nightmares included with it.
Part of me wants to play the remake just to see if this looks as terrifying as back then or if they toned it down (I really hope they didn't).
OoT would not be the same without the creepy stuff. Omg, man, I have so many good memories with this game. Even with my least favorite temples. Even with the creepy stuff.

They toned it down, by the way. :c

Agreed, the original OoT had a great atmosphere with the shadow and fire temples.

Aww. Bummer, bummer, bummer.

Have you completed the 3D one?
I'm currently about to begin on the master quest Nintendo 3DS but I still like the original on my in 64 better for the simple fact I can stream it on my 60 inch TV. It looks horrible but I don't have to pay a bunch of extra money to add a USB port to stream to my TV

Yes I have.
I am saved on twinrova but have beat the entire game through on N64 about 4 times now so I know how to get to Ganon and beat him quickly. I was never able to get my hands on a Master Quest version for the GameCube so I have yet had a chance to play it.

Hahah. I think that having it in a home console just make it easier, same if you use an emu to Stream in twitch or something.
Yes I have [completed OoT 3D].
Can you recall any of the toning down of the Shadow Temple?
Or if this still looks as creepy? I hope it does.
I was a kid the first time I did the well and Shadow Temple. For such mild horror it still scared the crap out of me.
