It'd be much easier to confuse real pots with fake pots than it would be to confuse real pokemon with fake pokemon.

We need more games like Pokemon GO.

*Inserts obligatory 'hit Navi for extra points' joke*
Wouldn't it be interesting to see more AR mobile games?
My phone battery would go down the drain, but darn, I really liked pokemon Go. -

We will see more AR games. I imagine we'll see the shitty ones in 1-3 months, and good ones in 1-2 years.

We're already seeing more AR games. Heck, my Twitter keeps showing a promoted post with an ad for an extremely blatant Pokemon GO knockoff.

I am crossing my fingers for the arrival of the good ones. Hopefully the bad ones won't kill the market by the time the good ones come rolling out. -
It'd be cool if Nintendo made more AR stuff, even if they're not full games, just mini games that can link up to the NX and help out in the main games.

I wonder if you need the resources of a AAA developer at this point to make a good AR game. After all, a big part of the reason Pokemon Go works at all is because of the data gathered from Ingress. So there was literally a whole popular game that was required before they even had the tools they needed to make Pokemon Go.
I wonder how other developers will solve that problem.

Who made Ingress, were they a AAA dev?

I'm fuzzy on the specifics, but there was some google money in there.

Who made Ingress,
Niantic, the same ones that the Pokemon Company worked with for Pokemon Go.
I have no clue how much of a big shots they were but definitely their assets from their past game Ingress were used to help shape Pokemon Go, as far as I understand from what I have read around. -
-
I had no idea Niantic made Ingress, I thought they just took influence from whoever made it. Cool.

Oh haha, this would be fun. xD I love smashing pots in the games.

I can vandalize pots in houses without the use of VR.
