No, not at all. I know plenty of people who do that. Someone I have on IM is 13 and he's dating someone who's 15. It's not really a big deal.

It all depends on the age group. If a 27 year old man and a 22 year old woman are dating, that doesn't sound too bad, does it? They're 5 years apart. Now if you had a 17 year old and a 12 year old... that's pretty disgusting. See, there is no universal scale for dating limits on ages, because it varies.
Now, Aronath is 14 and his new girlfriend is 16. That sounds pretty reasonable, if I do say so myself. Personally, I would not like a woman older than me by more than 1 and a half years... and dating a woman taller than me is out of the question.

The general idea is that most 9 year olds have difficulty applying rational to their decisions, and aren't mature enough to make those kind of decisions.

Yeah, the kids around my area don't really pay much attention to the issue of pre-marital sex even though some of them are very religious, it's an issue of their own personal morals to them.
It is alright. A 99 year old can date a 101 year old( i doubt they would be anyways).

I don't really know why a 14 year old would want a 56 year old (there are weirder attractions I've heard of though), but once again is the 56 year old manipulating the 14 year old? Probably so. Does the 14 year old know of this manipulation? Probably not. And do either the 56 or 14 year old have the level of maturity to even conduct a proper relationship of this kind? Probably not.
